Emerson Ecologics Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy
Products requiring shipment in a cool environment are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature. We have these procedures to ensure customers continue to receive our products in good condition. Emerson recommends that Heat Sensitive Products ship out for overnight delivery. Customers who opt for this service level will be extended a 25% discount on overnight book rates with UPS. USPS orders will be billed at actual cost. Heat Sensitive Products ordered after 6:30 PM EST Thursday or before 6:30 PM EST on Friday will be shipped out Monday when the customer opts for overnight shipping. Returns will not be allowed on any heat sensitive items that are not shipped overnight unless the product was damaged when received and we are notified within 24 hours of the time and date that the customer received their order.
Back Orders
If by chance an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will receive your order with that item on back order. You will be charged for your back order only when it is shipped. We will ship your back order as soon as it is available, usually within 7-14 business days.
Terms
Orders may be placed by MasterCard or Visa. Personal checks drawn from U.S. banks are acceptable. After your check clears, your order will be processed. No money orders, CODs, or International orders, please.
Return Policy
We accept unopened, unmarked bottles in resaleable condition within 15 days. You must e-mail us prior to returning your order. A 15% restocking fee will be applied against your credit total, and any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. Perishable items are non-returnable.
